The Pomodoro Technique involves breaking time into short, focused intervals with breaks to enhance concentration and productivity. We operate in sessions, each lasting 45 minutes, divided into two equal periods with a 5-minute break in between.

The Flipped Classroom strategy

The Flipped Classroom strategy delivers instructional content at home via videos, using classroom time for interactive discussions and activities. You will ensure the maximum time for practice and training under the guidance of an expert instructor.

What are the requirements for joining the academy?

There are no specific requirements for joining. Anyone who wishes to learn the Qur'an, Tajweed rules, and the Arabic language can register. It is enough to have a good internet connection and a device such as a smartphone or computer to participate in the lessons.

Are there lessons for memorizing the entire Qur'an?

Yes, the academy offers full Qur'an memorization programs, with close follow-up by teachers to evaluate progress and correct recitation according to Tajweed rules.

How are the lessons organized? Are they live or recorded?

The lessons are delivered in the form of interactive live sessions between the teacher and one student. The student can record the lesson, but only with the teacher's permission each time, allowing them to review it at any suitable time.

What qualifications do the academy's teachers hold?

The academy's teachers are Egyptian, with Arabic as their native language. They hold university degrees and certifications in teaching the Qur'an and Tajweed, in addition to recognized qualifications in Arabic and Islamic studies. They also have extensive experience in this field.

Can I choose a convenient time for my lessons?

Yes, the academy offers flexible schedules to accommodate different time zones, allowing students to choose times that suit them in coordination with the teacher.

What subjects are taught in addition to Qur'an memorization?

In addition to Qur'an memorization, the academy offers lessons in Tajweed and recitation rules, Tafseer (exegesis), Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), the Prophet’s biography (Seerah), and the Arabic language.

Is the student's level assessed regularly?

Yes, the student's level is assessed regularly through tests and evaluations to monitor progress in memorization, recitation, and understanding of Islamic rulings and Tajweed. We also welcome feedback from students and parents to continually improve our performance and enhance the quality of our services.

Can children join the academy? Is knowledge of Arabic required?

Yes, the academy offers special programs for children to memorize the Qur'an and learn Arabic and Tajweed in a simplified manner suitable for their age. Knowledge of Arabic is not required, as our teachers will provide the necessary language skills to help them progress on this blessed path.

What is the cost of studying at the academy?

The cost is the same regardless of the program chosen (Qur'an memorization, Tajweed, Arabic, etc.). We work on a session-based system, offering lessons at an affordable price of £3.99 per session, paid in advance. There is great flexibility in determining the number of sessions, with a minimum of four sessions per month to ensure the quality of service provided.

What is the duration of the session? Can I choose the teacher?

Each session is always 45 minutes long (20-5-20) using the Pomodoro technique. Yes, you can choose your teacher. The academy will recommend a teacher based on your requirements, and a trial meeting of up to 30 minutes (free of charge) will be arranged for you to get to know the teacher. If you are not fully satisfied, we can recommend another teacher according to our work organization plans.
